And now for a little something that... well, isn't "news" coverage I guess, but we found it a bit touching.
http://muracha.blog28.fc2.com/blog-entry-82.html"We'll probably mention it on the front page sometime soon, but there's an English version of Recettear coming out.
You can go check the demo out, though it's in English. Might help people who wanna study English?
We're working on this ourselves, too, so I'm hoping lots of people play and enjoy it. I've had experiences like explaining 'Tea Rice' in great depth to someone in America...
It's not much different than the Japanese version; title theme's changed, and that's about it. We didn't add a bunch of stuff like a certain game's International Version. Of course, the menu text and whatnot is all in English.
Distro is still being worked out- though, saying that, we're leaving those discussions to the company who is actually there (
which is to say, us).
There won't be a package version, it's solely DL focused - over in America, PC game sales are focused mostly on DL sales, apparently packaged PC games are rare there now...
I hope Steam sells our game..."
We hope so too, Muracha. We'll try not to let you down. :3
Also, bonus POLISH COVERAGE!
