So you're doing what Nolor specifically said not to do...nice.  I've never played this, so we'll see what happens.

You get rich from the insurance payouts you receive after your item shop/house is burned down in a freak arson incident.  You lose your entire livelihood and all your possessions, but at least you've got a lot of money.  Also, your dog was in the house.  ごめんなさい。

Second wish: I wish I were popular!

Whats more popular than being a Celebrity!

So you live your celebrity life just as you wa- Wait! Whats this!?

Its a man spying on you! The paparazzi!

You blush with embarrassment thinking its ever so cool.

But even more people, and more!

You decide to go into hiding because you want to get away from the paparazzi, but an' ever impossible dream...

So yeah, the bad point was all the paparazzi. :P

Wish: To have Recettear released!

EDIT: Been online for 1 days, 1 hours and 1 minutes!

hmm, never played these things before, spose I'll try it though, since it's here.

Recettear has been released!

You break off all contact with outside world, in order to play it all day, every day.

With no job, or school, or relationships, you get kicked out of your house, and are doomed to sell items from a makeshift shop for a living for the rest of your life. Oh the irony!

Since you took my Wish to be Rich, I'm gonna raise the difficulty level.

I wish for Lt. Commander Worf from Star Trek to take me for a spin in an 18-wheeler semi.

You're sitting on the side of the road one day when, out of nowhere, a beam of light appears and Lt. Commander Worf is standing right in front of you.

Before you can ask for his autograph, he says, "Quick!  Follow me!"

You chase after him as he races down the street, and, to your surprise, into the nearest truck stop, where he hops into an abandoned semi and waves you over.

You try to ask, "What's going on?"  But he's too busy to respond.

He takes off at a high speed, barrelling down the highway.  You don't know why he's driving so fast until you turn around and see a Klingon warbird flying after you and firing at your semi.  Just as you're about to ask Worf why he's being chased, the warbird blasts the semi and you go flying out.  You look up just in time to see the warbird fire another shot into the semi, causing it to explode, thus killing your idol, Worf.

I hope you're happy.

Wish: To never need to sleep!

They've invented a method to transfer a person's conciousness into an android body. It is very expensive, and hard to come by of course, but you managed to get into the testing phase. You can now stay awake 24/7.

You decide to play every game, watch every movie/series, listen to every song, read every book, all at Android Speed!

Months of this goes by, before you have consumed every bit of Entertainment...or so you think.

One day, you come across an entire series you've never read, or seen... named Twilight. With nothing better to do finally, you decide to watch the entire series.

You decide to study China to see a way to break into it's inner circle.  You know it's communist, but hey, there's got to be a way to break in there!

Strolling around the city one day, the answer hits you straight in the face: Chinatown.

Every Chinatown is made of shops and restaurants that work on capitalist principles.  You've already made unwitting headway.

You inform the Chinese immigrants in Chinatown about this, and they realize how much better they like capitalism over communism.  So they tell their relatives back in China about it.

Slowly the grassroots movements spread, using social networking.  Pretty soon, the government officials are introduced to this idea too, and they declare that China is abandoning its former communist ways and accepting the new way of capitalism.

You've won!  Congratulations!

But they realize that, under capitalism, they want to make money.  As much money as possible.  And they realize the best way to get that money quickly: call in all the debts the U.S. owes to them.  The U.S. goes under, and China takes over.

Now the U.S. is just a territory of China.  Congratulations.

Ahh yes, Zealand. :)

So first off our tiny country of New Zealand uses ANZAC to capture Japan while they are distracted with all the New Zealand tourists leaving.

And well, then the rest of the world is conquered as well.   ::)

You're made King of Sealand. Oops. What do you mean you meant New Zealand? The authorities in charge of toppling democratic regimes and instating monarchs in their place feign ignorance. Looks like you're stuck King of the tiniest micronation in the world.

Wish: To have more posts than joshrl.

Wish: To be Pro in Transformice!

P.S: And you said that I should avoid Corrupt a Wish, but yet you're participating?

So, you get to be pro at Transformice. You play it over and over and over again, crushing opponent after opponent.

Problem is, your last opponent was a secret agent who didn't like losing very much.

You may not want to answer your door for a long, long time. You may also want to move to another country and change your identity.

I wish for the ability to stop time.

You're going through your garage one day, and you find some strange gadget that belongs to your dad.  When you ask him about it, he avoids the question.

The more you look at it, the more you realize that it's an oddly-designed watch.

You put it on and find it's quite comfortable.  You mess around with some of the buttons as you sit outside, people watching.

Suddenly, after you hit a button, you feel the calm wind that was hitting your face stop.  You look up and realize no one is moving.  Your watch stops time.  Congratulations.

Astounded, you glance down at this extraordinary device.  There's something wrong with it, though: it's sparking and smoking.  You try to hit the buttons, but to no avail: soon, the face starts melting off the watch, and you must remove it.

You realize it's completely non-functional.  You were able to stop time, but you can't restart it.  Nice job, hero.  Time is frozen forever, except for you.

I wish I were a masterful accordionist.

You are Weird Al Yankovic, and you become such an accordion virtuoso that you never get around to writing all those hilarious songs.

Snake! You've created a time paradox!

Wish: To have my own game localization company.

==A wild babby appears!==

==Babby uses Corrupted Wish!==

Congratulations! You are now spearheading a new game importing company! You even got a jump-start and have finished fully translating a new title! But it's a dog-eat-dog world out there, so you might have a hard time finding a publisher, but never fear! There is hope yet in the wonderful world of distribution!

Capitalism ho!
-------------------
After two full years of straggling for a publisher, you finally find one willing to publish the game! This is wonderful! You quickly head to your office to retrieve a workable copy of the product! But what's this?! The office caught on fire in a freak coffee machine accident! Not to worry though, you had a back-up at your house just in case of an event like this, and though it may need some touching up to be on-par with the version that was destroyed you are sure that it'll work out!
-------------------
It's been a month of you frantically searching for the back-up copy. For some reason you were sure you had remembered where you put it. The publisher is getting impatient. One day the publisher calls and remarks that they have decided to drop the title, as you are clearly unprepared for distribution. In despair, you decide to look through pictures of your childhood, hoping to find solace in it's welcoming nostalgia. And as you search through it you see a folder labeled ::IMPORTANT DATA::. You look inside.
And there it is, the game data you had been looking for for a month. Just innocently lying there. Quickly you call the publisher again and frantically manage to get across that they will receive a finished copy by tonight. While they are not happy with your delay, they finally relent.

You have a long day ahead of you. You get out your patch notes that need to be applied and open the file, receiving this message:

"The file has been corrupted"

You stare a the screen dumb-founded for several minutes. The cold, unfeeling message window displaying what will surely be your end. You slowly feel a chill creep up your spin as you realize the implications.

It's all gone. Every last bit of your dreams has been corrupted. But hey, at least you started a game localization company.

=======================================

I Wish I could make shorter, more coherent and precise posts.
Something witty here, which in itself is an attempt at being witty about not being witty. Me pointing this out to you implies that I am trying to be wittier than the wittiest of witmeisters in pointing out this recursive wit-up lo-BLUBLUHBLUH

Granted. Your posts are now shorter because your arms and legs fell off and you can only post using your tongue. Also, your keyboard is now made out of razors.

I wish for Tear to come and organize my time better.
