Oh, Josh's post count is nothing.  Look at SpaceDrake's.  (In all seriousness, though, it is an impressive count.)

He cheated!  >:(

I was trying to pass his post count and he cheated!  >:(

I assume he made BlondRobin's 0 at the same time :P

Keep going!  You can beat his measly score!  Believe it!  XD

Well I'm going to have to make more short posts now won't I :P

P.S: Episode 20 of Clannad!

Yay Episode 20!  So you're learning Nagisa's backstory...and then you move on to After Story, the part that makes men cry.  Literally.

Yo Dawg, I herd you like quotes...
I think this Thread has gotten a bit off topic, not to be rude, but can we please move to General?

And yeah, Stable Systems are the best, I am Capitalism, I would know!

So I put quotes in your quotes so you can quote while you quote!

Getting off-topic seems like it's becoming a common theme for us...just look at the "I like the game but..." topic.  Maybe we need a General Discussion topic for "Continuation of off-topic conversations from the Recettear forum."

(And I know that this post is just adding to the off-topicness.  ごめんなさい。)

Yeah lets move to the general section where I'll create a thread :)

I'm not that worried about the off-topicness, because there's really nothing to talk about until Friday-ish, Monday at the latest probably. I'm honestly surprised that this forum hasn't gone totally silent while people wait for an actual release date response; as long as you play within the rules of the forums (and don't clog up the threads with silliness once there's actual things to talk about,) you're welcome to be as silly as you like.

Just try to keep your silliness refined and dignified. Upper-crust silliness, if you will.

Well that's a release date out of the blue. O.o

I made the new thread anyway, and I can't wait 'til it releases and then Forum Games can come into action!

Oh, that's not a release date, sorry. :-[ That's just hopefully when we'll be able to give you something to talk about. Release date is still by the end of August- I WISH we could get it out tomorrow/Monday. I know you guys are all eager to play the full version.

Maybe a new demo?

Oh, and we will definitely keep our upper-crust silliness.

A new slightly longer demo would be cool.

Carpre Fulgur might as well give us the game for free then.  ;D

I'll speculate they've got a distributor to mention, perhaps. Which'd be great news!

If they also sell it here in carpe fulgur at the same price, I'll buy it directly from them, to show my <3 for indies.

hell with that, I'm thinking both, and then gift one to a friend.   I've paid $40 for games I've liked far less than this.

At this point, if there was one, I'd have broken my vow to never, never, and pre-ordered the thing already.....

Yeah, direct download FTW! Also, the Demo atm is quite large for a Demo, especially for this type of game.
