Feature that should be considered for the next update: ads for items.

Since the customers can order stuff from you, why not the other way around? Put up an ad for, say, fur balls at 1k pix or something and then have some customers actually bring them in (proportional to offer, i.e. 1 mil pix per fur ball will get people scrambling to bring it to you). It would also make collecting a lot easier.

Also please for the love of god remove inventory limit or have ingredients/broken rings be stackable. Inventory limit is seriously just fake difficulty. Don't prolong gameplay with such tactics.

The inventory limit is primarily because of the fact the saves are fixed in size.  They'd pretty much have to come up with an entirely different method of saving stuff to make it unlimited.  I'm not sure it was even meant to be way to increase difficulty.  Most games that try to use inventory size as a way to increase difficulty use much smaller inventory sizes.  Though, I agree that unlimited inventory is the ideal way to do things in pretty much every game.

By the way, I remember there being a post about them planning to fix the fusion formulas to be more sane in the next patch.  I forget where I saw it though.

The inventory limit is somewhat annoying, but not critical.  Once I started scrapping all my junk (common vendor items, useless spare Breaker Swords) and useless ingredients, I never had a problem with it.  If it's a straightforward fix, I'd of course recommend fixing the inventory limit, but it shouldn't be top-priority, frankly. 

OTOH, I'd argue that either drop rates on crappy ingredients need to be upgraded, or the ingredients store needs reopened (which would make sense, because you'd still need to spelunk regularly for a handful of +X ingredients to get the BEST versions of things -- viva completionism).  Either one is a far better solution than trying to re-jigger formulas, because frankly, I do like being able to have some +15 items while using lower-quality ingredients.  If drop rate adjustment is the answer, then Fur Balls in particular should drop at least thrice as frequently, and I'd make the mid-range stuff -- crystals, other bulk rank 4 ingredients -- drop maybe 50-100% more often.  If they want to leave the rare stuff rare, I'm indifferent; it's the same as the superfluous rare drops in every other RPG.  Rank 4 gear is more than adequate for completing all game content; I can live with never building the +15 Spear of Onehitcoupdegraceoncthulu and matching armor set for Nagi, just as I was happy enough having just one suit of Adamant Armor in Final Fantasy IV.

Well, I may have to concede that I had been epically lucky. I just ran the last 10 floors of OT and got ... a paralysis crystal and a fur ball. And ~10 items of <=500pix food (~20 food in total).

At least I got a Blazing Charm. Oh wait, that wasn't useful for anything. :(

After a few playthroughs, I'd say the game just needs moar red knights. I've gotten enough of every other crystal. That, and you need at least +11 total on 10 fire crystals which is just... harsh.

I've found multiples of each emblem now, but still no flame emblem. It's especially cruel since crystal 21-30 is kinda hard and 1-20 is a waste of time, but you get 2 less end boxes and feel like you didn't maximize the time slots if you only do 21-30... Hell I'd even argue 21-25 is a waste of time since there's no red spawns afaik.

eh.

If only crystal dropped fur balls...

I was holding off playing for a while hoping the new patch would help, and CF delivered.  Kind of.  The furball sitution has been drastically eased, though the crystal requirements are still the same.  The requirements for most items haven't changed nearly as much as the patchnotes would have you beleive, but at least the # of furballs for 100% completion are nearly 1/3 of what there were.  The Omega Cannon now only needs 15 salamander scales instead of 30 as well.  I've updated the wiki with the changed requirements.
