A clear tables option would be glorious.

Something for when you want to clear the shelves and replace everything. Designating tables would be nice too. IE: this table opens up the food tab, and this one opens up the treasures tab first when you go to it.

I put a vending machine down, and then switched it back to table to clear them a bit quicker.

Usually I just get "nothing" under my cursor in my inventory, then run around double-clicking.

Though I'm still on first playthrough, and I've only upgraded size once, so I don't have that many tables.  I'm thinking on 2nd or 3rd playthrough I'll probably have enough stock to want the full-size store.

What would be better is the option to auto-restock or stack items.  I spend most of my time restocking stuff.  I actually got rid of most of my vending machines because I got tired of having to restock them.

I doubt they'll do this but I figured I'd throw that in there.

I find restocking my shop to be one of the more soothing tasks the game asks of me. It's all about aesthetics; getting your 100% is just a side-effect.

or, you know, you could just stick with the shop you have, instead of expanding.
There's never enough customers to buy up everything in a lv 4, or even lv3 expansion.

Or conversely, you can argue that with a larger store you only have to restock the showcase items,
and just do a "total restock" once every 2 or 3 timeslots you spend opening up shop.

with a larger shop you could also confine all the customers to a 2x2 block in front of the door,
and use all the blocked tables to stock items that modify the store atmosphere,
so you don't have to restock those items.
(which usually aren't as profitable anyways.)
