This is either a bug or a cute TF 2 reference.

The hood is in the hat category, for those who don't understand.

Is there a thread for bugs? I have no clue. Sorry if there already is one.

Yeah, I noticed that too when she wore two Pirate Hats - completely on her own.

I'd like to think it's a TF2 (The ultimate in headwear battle simulation) reference, but unlikely. It's probably considered an accessory.
