What happened to the site last week?

It was inaccessible for most of the past week. Forums, main page, everything; the domain was apparently completely gone.

With my terrible terrible Carpe Fulgur addiction, I found as well that this place was quite down.

I have no idea what happened, but I'm glad it's back up.

At first i thought CF just took down the forums to do some modifications and back ups, but then the site was also gone.

Most of last week? It was only down for a day and a half.

Anyway, all of the blame can literally be heaped on my shoulders, as while I make sure to keep our hosting nice and paid up, I was a bit of a doofus and allowed our domain name registration to lapse briefly. Hurf, and durf. This has been dealt with and shouldn't happen again.

Not sure exactly how long it was down but it was definitely more than a day and a half on my end. At least a half a week, if not longer.

This site has been periodically going down and up again, until finally it went dead for an entire day. Fortunally it's  fixed now.
