Themes would be cool. I can do without sound packs, though, since I've been using the Windows 7 Madobe Nanami sound pack for quite awhile and now it's basically the voice of my computer. Probably the only thing that could replace it, if there was one, would be a Hatsune Miku sound pack. Wallpapers are always great when they're 1920x1200 or larger. I hate that it's 2012 and you can love a game but all the official walls that are made by the company itself, who have access to all the high-res source materials they could ever need, are like 1024x768. Kills me when that happens though many companies are getting better these days.
