A trainer is a program made for a specific game that allows you to cheat by using memory hacks. It's the PC version of a Gameshark/CodeBreaker/etc.

At this point, I think it will be easier to beat this game fair and square rather than cheating your way through it.
C'mon, this game isn't that difficult.
(Unless you already beat it and want to screw arround or something)

Hello TheSwordUser, Yes i know that, But i have problem to go past the first cave, And i think mabey a trainer whould be easy.
