anyone knows if it's possible to get the deluxe in Canada? I guess I am too into the game... but I want the extra dungeon and I like the combats.

Try someplace like J-List.  You should be able to order some kind of physical copy of the deluxe edition, but it most likely would be in Japanese.  If you don't mind that and paying a premium, it should be possible.  (My copy of Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI + PUK was $110, in Chinese.  :P )
