Does CF's release of FS include other Deluxe components?

I read in the FAQ that the localised version of Fortune Summoners also contained the palette of Deluxe but do we also get the DLC? The pro voice work is of no concern to me (and I did read that it would put them out of business anyway).

No, the Plus DLC is not included. (It's basically just a bonus dungeon and a bonus game mode anyway, nothing story-related.)

Any chance of the Plus DLC being added later as... well DLC? Obviously DLC is all the rage on Steam, but if you released the DLC on GamersGate I'd buy it.
