Wait, what?

You didn't quote, so I only assume you're talking to me--I worked on Skyrim.  I'd rather be playing other games for a while.

I think he was just making a general comment on the state of play with the demo, not responding to anyone.

No, it was directed at you having been working on Skyrim for the past year.  Glad you cleared that up for me.

I'm told that loads of great games are coming out this time of the year but none really appeal to me.  All I really play is Europa Universalis 3 and Killing Floor and while I am sinking my teeth into the new Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny, I very much would like Fortune Summoners to tide me over a wee while.
It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.

Do you have any interest in the Elder Scrolls series?

I do, but I'm holding out on the whole series for the time being...

I can't help but feel the delay in having FS out is for the better; so many folks are still knee-deep in Skyrim it would pass by unnoticed mostly.

But I worked on Skyrim for the last year!  I wanna play something ELLLLLLLLLLLSE!  *sigh*

Wow you worked on Skyrim? Does Skyrim feature... the female mythic dawn armor from Oblivion >.>? If so I may be really interested in buying Skyrim...

(Also if not tell whoever is in charge to sell it as DLC armor or something please >.>)

@QC + joshrl - I played Oblivion and I found that I liked it for the most part. Though I didn't like the leveling system or how you level up certain stats (like Sneaking for example) and I found that there wasn't that much enemies in outdoor areas (plenty in dungeons though).

The game is dungeon heavy (that may be a negative or a positive depending on how much you like dungeons). Most of the main stuff is in dungeons though there are plenty of quests that do take place in the fields though.

Also I had a fear of accidentally killing important NPCs (though on the PC version you can always bust out the console command and just revive any NPCs that you may or may not have accidentally or intentionally killed). Speaking of that it is fun to screw around and attack the guards (though unfortunately it does get old after a while since the guards don't do that much besides attack you back. If only there was a way to screw around with them a little more >.>).

Modding support is a plus too for the series.

Anyway the female Mythic Dawn armor is well designed IMO and looks really nice. Here's a link to an image click. Normally you can't wear it on your character sadly but you can obtain it through the console command (PC version only sadly) or use the TES construction pack (also PC only) to add it into the game as a regular armor.

Err.... anyway yeah Fortune Summoners demo >.>!

The manual is 5 pages long and SD is kicking back playing games for a week or two.  Calling it now.

Nah

Though, the "playing games" part may or may not be correct.
It's not like translating manual needs editor's help (or does it..).

It seems fairly rare for games to come with a good manual nowadays. Though I rarely need a game manual. I highly doubt that it will be so few as mentioned in that tweet who will read the manual. I know I will read it, from those tweets I am now looking forward to reading it! ;D

A note to Carpe Fulger: I would like to mention that for your other games, I didn't notice there was a manual until I started poking at the game installation directory after playing for a while. (What? You mean it's not normal to go wondering through the game installation directory with a hex editor and a resource viewer!?) You might want to consider the idea of placing the manual on the game website as well or something so people who don't go digging around will notice.

I'll probably read it just to know what exactly it is I should hate with a passion for delaying the game ;)

Modding support is a plus too for the series.
That's the main reason I've been interested in the series since Morrowind. I believe the moment I decided it was something I need to get into some day was when I saw the mod for a humanoid moogle. I know it's been awhile since then, but I just still don't have the time for it...

The most noticeable location would actually be the directory the game itself is in.

Only wierdos like me look there. ;) But looking at the Recettear site makes me think they'll probably stick enough of the manuals contents up on the game website such that people will figure it out or something or other.... if nothing else they should stick enough on the website to make people who come across it go "AWESOME, where can I guy this? Take my moneys! please!" :D

Spacedrake is such a tease.
But we already knew that...

Twenty-one distinct HTML elements, many of them several pages long when put into .doc format.

WTF. This game is a Metroidvania game. What the hell did Lizsoft put in there (Or did they play a bad joke on you by sending you the japanese X3 manual ? ;) )

Well, if the manual has a lot of story information or char information I'm happy with that. I really enjoy reading such things.
