Out of Stock Market + Guild problem in New Game+

Has anyone run into the issue of "Out of Stock" on low-stocked items at the Market or Guild? 
ie.: Ferromins, Legendary Scarf, and Demonbane. 

I'm already on Day 9 on my second loop, and these items still have not restocked once.  Any way to make these items restock?

I noticed that they have a chance of restocking every week, but I can't actually remember a time when they didn't actually restock when the new week comes.

I finally got replenishments on Day 11.  They can be so random.  I must have been screwed over on replenishment of the items the previous week, making it painful to not sell the top buyable items..

I only found after a lot of retries that if you dont go to the market, meaning, wasting one time slot of you only want to buy the limited item, the items wont restock, so if you go to check and the items are out of stock, then you load to not waste your time, the items wont restock.

Every week, basically. If you're feeling especially unlucky, I suppose you can try once every two weeks.

I admit that it's never really come up for me, since I have to spend time to go to the market anyway to buy other stuff.
