Hm, do love a specific part of Recettear or the concept as a whole ?
If a specific part of the game, you should specify it. If the complete concept I believe the Atelier series has some similar concepts. However, afaik the game isn't available on pc.
Last but not least, if you like the setting, the dialoge and genre-mixes in general, the next game from EGS looks really promising, it is a mix between a Civ game and Tactics rpg. Unfortunately it isn't released in Japan yet and there is no official translator, but to be honest I would really be confused if CF wouldn't get that title, after all the money and recognition they got from CF's release of their games.
