I'm pretty sure its only down to your merchant level and the amount of loyalty the customers have with you. I finally got the last customer-sold item last night.
And btw some of the item names were changed:
Old Gramophone = Music Box
Desired Gramophone = Old Gramophone
Recollection Gramophone = Antique Gramophone

Will o wisps get progressively stronger the more you hang around the level/kill them.

They won't drop in the gauntlet, only from knights in the crystal nightmare dungeon.
I spent a significant amount of time killing knights in the gauntlet just to check, hehe.

Has anyone managed to acquire a Golden Horn yet? I think they drop from arma and the geddon device in lapis ruins but ive been clearing it a lot and still havent seen one drop?
