Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale / can't pass jadeway

Hi I am playing recettear and i can't get the donjon after jadeway. I can play with charm but i play several day after, i went to town shop, i open my shop, i did many things like this but i can't find Amber Garden.
Maybe it is link to the fact that my savegard is a copy from the demo version.
