And try to improve your merchant level. On some levels, you have access to better equipment on market and merchant guild, meaning that you can acquire items to sell at higher prices.
And you can relax a bit with percents. Besides Prime (goddamn fairy), every other person accept over 110%. The man and the guild master can accept offers at 125%. On higher prices you can sell at 240% and up (again, besides Prime ¬¬). On lower prices, stick between 50-60%
On sell you can do it below 60%. Everyone besides Prime and the little girl can sell to you a bit under 50%. On higher prices you have no chance but to buy them at 90-100%, but on lower prices you can buy at around 20-25%
